Deliver exceptional customer experiences and share your love of travel every step of the way - whether that’s leading a morning market walk, arranging a local craft workshop, or hosting a home-cooked meal with a family. You’ll help create moments that stay with our travellers long after the trip ends.

Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of your group. You’ll stay calm and professional when challenges arise - from lost passports and medical needs to group dynamics - ensuring travellers feel supported the entire time.

Lead and manage trips in line with itineraries and budgets, while completing all required trip administration accurately and on time.

To be considered you must have:

Excellent communication in English and at least one local language (the more the better!)

Strong customer service experience and the ability to connect with a diverse range of travellers

Travel experience in Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan, with a passion for sharing the region with others

Full rights to work across these regions

Basic computer skills, including email, Word, and Excel
What you need to know:

This is a freelance contract position, offering flexibility in when and how you work. Great availability across peak seasons (May – June & September – October) is essential.

We are recruiting for leaders frequently with training and onboarding confirmed in mid-April (further details will be shared during the interview stages).

Tours involve extended hours, lots of walking, physical activity, and engagement with travellers, so being mentally and physically prepared is important.

You’ll need the ability to travel and spend time away from home, as tours can last up to four weeks.
