As Operations Manager, Uzbekistan, you’ll be at the heart of bringing Intrepid adventures to life across Central Asia. Your role will be critical in ensuring that every trip runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our commitment to both quality and profitability.

You will oversee our on-ground operations and be the main point of contact between our Tour Leaders, Global Operations and the local Country Office in Tashkent. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the performance of Tour Leaders and our Operations team, ultimately driving the overall direction of Intrepid Uzbekistan!

This is a full-time on-site permanent position based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

Extensive travel experience across Central Asia and a passion for travel
Middle to senior level experience in travel operational management
Travel industry work experience or experience as a Tour Leader
Strong administration skills with the ability to be hands-on
Great communication skills in English and the local languages
Proven ability to implement, monitor and uphold company policies and processes. #LI-DNI
