Sales Consultant
At Intrepid, our Sales Representatives are known as Adventure Consultants since ‘adventure’ is at the heart of our what we do, and we approach each sale as an opportunity to consult with our customers to send them on an adventure of a lifetime! Our team is growing and we are lucky enough to have multiple positions available for Adventure Consultants based in Denver, forming a part of our North America Sales Team. This role would suit someone who has some experience within the travel industry, is able to build great rapport with customers, and is motivated by sales targets.

Our consultants are at the heart of that - helping travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day. You will provide a high-level of customer service to both our agents and direct customers by phone, email and live chat in order to book unforgettable trips of a lifetime. Travel experience is great, but not essential - bring your passion for service and sales, and we’ll give you everything else you need to succeed.
What you need to know:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Denver office on a hybrid basis (2/3 days per week in the office). You’ll work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts between 8AM and 7PM, including weekends. To help you hit the ground running, you’ll start with five weeks of guided, office-based training.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $21-25. We’ll share more details and a clear breakdown of sales targets during the official interview process.
