The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Operations Coordinator  supports the company’s mission by managing daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM). This role focuses on warehouse and facility management, including organizing gear, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that equipment and vehicles meet company standards. The Operations Coordinator also manages the cleanliness of the warehouse, handles food inventory, and supports new-hire training as needed. 

 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for restocking first aid kits, repairing gear, and maintaining logs of gear and vehicle statuses. They oversee facility maintenance, including laundry and general upkeep, and assist with bulk food purchases and deliveries. Additionally, manages a company credit card and submits receipts, while taking on additional tasks as directed by the DOM. 

 

This job is based in Flagstaff, AZ and is full-time, seasonal with an average of 35 hours a week from March 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025. Hours can vary weekly based on number of trips in the field and program needs.  A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office is preferred 

  • This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks. 

  • At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements 

  • Must pass a background check
