Contracting Assistant
The Contracting Assistant is responsible for contracting administration tasks such as product development research, procuring new suppliers, building relationships with suppliers and other partners, negotiating supplier contracts and creating/ maintaining internal contracting tracking systems and documents.
This position will support the Contracting and External Sales Managers with tailor-made enquiries, as well as manage invoices and payments to hotels and activity providers.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with the Operations and Sales Departments as needed to ensure the successful execution of trips.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Denver, Colorado.

Must be organized, be able to multi-task and have great people skills

Experience in travel sales required

Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite and travel reservations systems

Experience in managing payment and data storage of payments preferred

Account management experience and Negotiation experience preferred
