Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager
We're on the lookout for someone who knows how to turn great partnerships into real commercial impact. As Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Intrepid’s partner strategy in the UK — growing our brand, unlocking new revenue streams and strengthening some of our most established accounts.
You’ll lead the charge on co-branded and white label opportunities, working closely with our Head of Marketing to execute a smart, ambitious commercial plan. From pitching new business and managing complex accounts, to spotting opportunities others might miss, you’ll play a vital role in building our presence across the UK market.
This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position, with two days per week in our Brixton office.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry with proven ability to drive year-on-year revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong negotiation abilities
- People management experience with a collaborative approach
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland travel trade landscape
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Creativity and curiosity — you bring fresh ideas and think beyond the norm
- Proactive self-starter with excellent project and time management skills
- Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations is a plus
