With over 30 years of experience, we’re super proud to call ourselves the world’s largest purpose-led adventure travel brand and as we continue to grow and expand, we are now seeking sales representatives to do just that, by helping us deliver sustainable, experience-rich travel to our customers to get them on their next adventure!  


At Intrepid, our Sales Representatives are known as Adventure Consultants since ‘adventure’ is at the heart of our what we do, and we approach each sale as an opportunity to consult with our customers and send them on an adventure of a lifetime! 


Our Adventure Consultants provide high-level customer service by phone, email and live chat, handling the customer journey from the initial inquiry to pre/post-trip communications, working with travellers and agent partners to book unforgettable experiences.  


Our team is growing, and we are lucky enough to have multiple positions available. These are full-time permanent positions, operating out of our office in Brixton, UK. To provide the best experience to our customers, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days.     


You’ll be responsible for:   


  • Maximising and growing sales by responding to leads through phone, email and live chat   

  • Providing exceptional post-booking customer service  

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of Intrepid products   

  • Ensuring accuracy for our customers, with a fine-tuned attention to detail, to guarantee their files are booked correctly  


A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you’ll bring:  


  • Similar experience in a travel industry role, sales, or customer service  

  • Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations   

  • Exceptional communication, customer service and sales skills   

  • The ability to inspire and influence others  


You’ll be customer-focused while still having solid attention to detail and organisational skills. You will have the ability to contribute and work in a supportive team environment respecting your peers and being supportive of them.
