Product Insights Partner

As Product Insights Partner at Intrepid Travel, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our adventure travel experiences to better serve customers across the globe. Collaborating with our Source Markets, Country Office teams, and Global Experience teams, you’ll uncover and communicate customer insights that elevate product design, improve customer satisfaction, and drive commercial success.
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead research initiatives that reveal opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring our products align with the needs and expectations of key markets. By setting best-practice methodologies and synthesising data-driven insights, you’ll directly influence the future of our industry-leading itineraries. This is a full-time, permanent role operating in a hybrid capacity, either from our vibrant London or Toronto office.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

3-5 years’ experience in product analysis, market research, or a related role, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods, including expertise in tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data analytics platforms.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute primary research projects tailored to specific business or customer needs, with proven expertise in product design research.

Strong skills in translating research insights into actionable recommendations to address business and customer needs.

Proven experience in creating and leading workshops with both customers and internal teams.

Experience in team leadership, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across diverse cultural contexts.
