Are you passionate about creating a positive impact in the workplace? Join Intrepid as our People Partner for the UK, where you'll play a key role in supporting our mission as one of the world’s largest adventure travel B Corp, offering experience-rich, sustainable travel. 
 

In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you’ll empower managers to get the best from their teams through tools, coaching, and support. You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance cycles, and ensure compliance in employee relations, statutory reporting, and data management. Collaborating closely with both regional and global People teams, you’ll also help implement best-practice policies and processes across borders, enhancing consistency and impact. You’ll drive engagement initiatives, including local Company days and events, to foster a vibrant workplace culture.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:  

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in a generalist HR role in the UK. 
  • Thrives in changing environments with a flexible approach, high responsiveness to fluctuating workloads, and ability to work independently. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, local labour regulations, policy interpretation, and contemporary HR procedures. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively resolve People issues at all organisational levels. 
  • Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail, prioritisation, and experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office. 
  • Passion for travel and alignment with Intrepid’s responsible travel philosophy.
