Head of Sales, UK and Europe
We’re looking for a bold and commercially-minded Head of Sales to lead the charge for our UK & Europe region. Based in London, this senior leadership role sits on the UK/EU Management Team and reports directly to the General Manager, UK & Ireland.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the sales strategy across our diverse Sales & Service teams – covering Core Products, Flights, Polar, and Tailormade – ensuring we hit our revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role, where you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team to exceed targets, and drive collaboration across regional and global teams.
This role also works closely with our offsite support team in Colombo, and has indirect responsibility for the customer service they deliver. You’ll take ownership of your department’s full P&L – from team structure and performance to systems, processes, incentives and operational costs.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based in a hybrid set-up – 3 days per week from our Brixton office.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing high-performing teams and developing leaders
- Senior management experience in sales or business
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Project management and process improvement experience (advantageous)
- Familiarity with computer reservations systems and Salesforce (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence
- Strong resource and change management skills to drive productivity and profitability
- Ability to foster a high-energy, results-driven team culture
