The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Join Intrepid as our new Reservations Officer and be a part of the team that turns dreams into unforgettable memories!  

In this role, you’ll keep our trips on track by managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and making sure everything is in place before our travellers hit the road. You’ll confirm accommodation and transport, handle supplier communications and facilitate activities to ensure every journey goes off without a hitch. 

You’ll collaborate with suppliers, group leaders, and internal teams, keeping everything organised and up to date in our systems. Accuracy is key—you’ll make sure all trip details are recorded promptly and correctly.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based in our Bangkok office in Thailand with the flexibility to work some days from home. 
 

A bit about you: 

  • We welcome recent graduates with little to no experience as we’re ready to train passionate candidates! 

  • Strong written and spoken English skills 

  • Prior experience in using reservation systems would be advantageous 

  • Proficient in general computer skills (Word/ Excel/ Outlook)
