The world needs more Intrepid people: 

In this exciting role as General Manager, you will effectively manage ground operations, implement long-term strategic plans, and handle the day-to-day business of our office in Thailand. You will actively drive goals by developing new business, assuring trip profitability and boosting revenue.  

Reporting to the Regional General Manager Southeast Asia, you will be a part of the Asia GM team, collaborating with other General Managers to achieve wider goals.  

 

You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring sales growth and positioning the Intrepid brand in our key markets and destinations in the region. By providing great leadership, you will be instrumental in developing a high-performing team, ultimately delivering exceptional products to our partners across the region!  

  

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will be based in our office Bangkok, Thailand. 


Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Strong knowledge of managing Ground Operations in Thailand 

  • Strong knowledge of the Thailand market 

  • Middle level management experience; company management experience preferred 

  • High level of financial literacy and excellent decision-making ability 

  • Proven understanding of risk and incident management 

  • Experience in tourism or an operations, sales and customer-focused industry 

 
You will also have excellent English communication skills coupled with the ability to develop strong teams across diverse backgrounds!
