As a Contracting Manager, you’ll be instrumental in building the right partnerships for our business. You’ll lead the contracting team to provide competitive rates, build strong supplier relationships, and secure the most advantageous contracts to create unforgettable itineraries. Your work will directly shape the experiences we offer, ensuring our trips are not only high quality but also commercially viable. 

 

Beyond negotiations, this role is about strategic procurement and pricing. You’ll implement global best practices, maintain accurate costings, and provide the data and insights that fuel our sales teams. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure we have the right mix of products to meet customer demand while keeping us ahead in a dynamic industry.  


This is a permanent, full-time position, based in our Bangkok office in Thailand with the flexibility to work some days from home. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Proven experience in a Contracting role. 

  • In-depth knowledge of regional trip operations including product, suppliers and destinations in the local travel industry 

  • Experience in a DMC or tourism supplier, with a strong background in procurement, contracting, negotiation, and product development. 

  • Familiarity with travel-related systems such as Salesforce, Elements, Travel Studio, or similar platforms. 

  • Effective English communication skills. 

  • Experience managing staff and leading a team.
