The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Are you passionate about travel and eager to lead a team that delivers exceptional service for one of the world’s leading adventure travel companies? We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to lead the team, ensuring quick and accurate bookings, confirmations, and providing alternatives where necessary. You’ll work closely with internal and external systems, managing bookings for accommodation, transport, and activities across Türkiye, including Intrepid’s products, group bookings, and FIT trips. 


Your role will be essential in maintaining high customer service standards, leading a team to achieve fast turn-around times and accuracy in all bookings. You’ll also collaborate with Global teams to improve processes, ensuring we continuously deliver operational excellence. 

 

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in our vibrant office in Istanbul, Türkiye. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • In-depth knowledge of Türkiye as a travel destination, including local customs and travel trends 

  • A passion for diverse travel experiences and an understanding of Intrepid’s brand and style 

  • Hands-on experience with reservations systems and managing bookings end-to-end 

  • Familiarity with ticketing and managing reservations workflows 

  • Supervisory experience with a proven track record in coaching, training, and team development 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
