Reservations Assistant or Coordinator (6-Month FTC)
At Intrepid, we take travellers on unforgettable adventures - and seamless reservations are a key part of that journey. We’re looking for a Reservations Assistant or Reservations Coordinator (depending on experience) to support our Reservations Manager in ensuring the smooth and profitable management of our reservations in Turkey.
This role involves liaising with operators to coordinate accommodation, transfers, and other logistical services for Intrepid Travel Istanbul trips.
You'll also collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless trip execution, delivering exceptional experiences for our travellers.
This is a full-time, 6-month contract based onsite at our vibrant Istanbul office, with the potential for the role to be shaped around the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Extensive travel experience in Turkey and a passion for adventure

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in analysis and report creation

Fluency in Turkish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong understanding of Intrepid’s style of travel and good knowledge of IT systems

A proactive and adaptable approach - able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team
