Senior Salesforce Administrator
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll help maximize efficiency by capitalizing on the full features of the Salesforce system. You’ll be the "go to" person for users, providing training and promoting adoption. With your Salesforce expertise, you’ll handle basic updates including adding/deleting users, adding basic custom fields, all while ensuring global best practices are followed. You’ll provide support on queries, incidents and service requests. From a collaboration viewpoint, you’ll work with development teams for acceptance testing and consult solutions architects for configuration changes, ensuring potential impacts on other systems are considered. You’ll also stay updated on new releases and AppExchange solutions.
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Salesforce Administration

Bachelors’ degree in relevant field, preferably with a Salesforce Administrator certification

In-depth knowledge or ability to quickly learn the standard capabilities of Salesforce platform

Good reporting background, preferably in standard Salesforce reporting functionality

Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting/ workflows

Proven ability to use Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool (preferred)
