At Intrepid Travel, being ‘ambitious’ is one of our core values and our 2030 strategy is all about reaching big goals. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can enable this change and drive strategic initiatives across Intrepid.  

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Program Managers, Solutions Architects and key stakeholders across our business. You'll be responsible for identifying and exploring key opportunities, gathering and validating requirements, and designing solutions that make a real impact for our customers and the business. 

  

This position requires a blend of strong analytical capabilities, technical knowledge, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technology teams. 

 

This is a full-time contract position of 12 months, based in our Colombo office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role or industry and experience working with an Agile approach 

  • Proven experience with core Business Analysis techniques, including process mapping, journey mapping, and modelling. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on a global level and apply critical and creative thinking to solve business challenges. 

  • Skilled at using data and research to validate ideas and provide objective assessments of business opportunities.
