At Intrepid, every decision is backed by data, insightful reports, and rigorous analysis. We're on the hunt for a dynamic Revenue Analyst to drive revenue optimization across our operations.  

In this exciting role, here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll handle: 

  • Analyze destination performance and adjust capacity to meet trip fill targets.  
  • Apply discounts and offers to manage high-risk departures and collaborate with stakeholders to drive occupancy. 
  • Adjust pricing based on seasonality and demand trends.  
  • Support dynamic pricing implementation and propose regional pricing strategies aligned with business goals. 
  • Use raw data and dashboards to assess revenue KPIs, and also present your findings to our General Manager of Revenue Management. 
  • Work closely with regional Sales teams and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to align revenue strategies, share insights, and support commercial decision-making. 


This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a revenue management, commercial reporting, data/ financial analysis or related role. 
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business management or equivalent qualification. 
  • Strong passion for analytics and commercial acumen 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in creating reports. 
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
