The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Product & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll manage bookings with suppliers relating to accommodation, transportation and required activities for trips. You’ll ensure that each booking is recorded accurately in our reservations system. You'll respond to supplier enquires and ensure all requests are actioned on time.  


This role includes supporting the Sales & Customer Service team and the Reservation team, while suggesting alternatives and improving processes. You’ll also assist in reconciling vendor invoices and checking budgeted costs.  


This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.   
 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with Hotel reservations, inbound tour operations and destination management 

  • Diploma/ Degree related to Travel & Tourism 

  • Experience with handling operations or reservations for inbound tours 

  • Good systems knowledge and the ability to learn new systems easily 

  • Strong destination/ regional and local travel knowledge 

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external clients
