The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Are you passionate about people management and operational excellence? Intrepid is looking for a Team Lead to oversee and inspire our local operations support team in Colombo. 


In this role, you will balance daily operational tasks with managing and guiding your team to meet key business goals. You’ll set clear expectations for tasks and behaviours to drive performance and ensure your team stays on track. 


You’ll also play a key role in building and developing a strong support team in the Colombo Service Centre, contributing to Intrepid’s continued success. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:  

  • Proven experience in training, development, and building strong staff relationships to drive talent retention. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Intrepid’s travel style and product offerings. 
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis, pivot tables, customised reports, and creating impactful data visuals and dashboards. 
  • Familiarity with key enterprise systems such as Salesforce, data warehouse, and SharePoint used by Intrepid’s global operations team. 
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
