Intrepid operates exciting adventures across the globe made possible by our Operations team. Our operations are reliable and responsive, committed to ensuring every traveller enjoys an unforgettable journey. Now, we need you to help us keep that promise!  

As our Operations Executive, you’ll support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks while also acting as a customer support contact for the region.  

You’ll build strong relationships with Intrepid Leaders and Guides, providing on-ground support and ensuring smooth pre-trip preparations. You’ll keep our trips on brand and compliant with policies. Plus, you’ll collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate communication about ongoing trips.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Qualification in a travel industry course and/or relevant experience within the travel industry. 

  • Excellent English communication skills 

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems. 

  • Extensive travel experience and in-depth knowledge of our region.
