The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support key operational functions across multiple regions. In this role, you will help drive operational excellence and assist in achieving important business goals. 

 

As an administrative role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating across different teams and regions to ensure smooth operations. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:  

  • Strong understanding of Intrepid’s travel style and product. 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, creating customised reports (pivot tables, charts), working with external data, and developing clear visuals and dashboards. 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimise workflows in Excel. 
  • Experience with Intrepid’s key systems (Salesforce, data warehouse, SharePoint). 
  • Passion for travel and commitment to Intrepid’s responsible travel philosophy. 
  • Alignment with Intrepid’s Purpose Beyond Profit ethos.
