The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Junior Reservations & Product Coordinator, you’ll ensure every detail of our trips is accurate, from booking suppliers to managing rooming lists and actioning tickets - all while delivering exceptional service!

You’ll assist in confirming bookings with suppliers of all accommodation, transportation and activities required for our inbound trips, while keeping our systems up to date. You’ll also work collaboratively with our sales, customer service and reservations departments to resolve discrepancies, assist with invoices, and ensure our trips meet budget forecasts.

This is a full-time permanent position, operating in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably with hotel reservations, inbound tour operations and destination management. 
  • Experience in inbound reservations process or tour handling operations. 
  • Strong knowledge of holiday travel products and services is an added advantage. 
  • Good English communication skills. 
  • Familiar with booking systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.  
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
