We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Colombo Shared Services team and provide amazing accounting support to our Group Finance in Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Group Reporting Manager, supporting management reporting and analysis, year-end audits and annual Audit & Risk Committee reviews. Displaying great initiative, you’ll champion process improvement and other key projects. With your in-depth understanding of accounting standards, you’ll advise the team on best accounting practices while also analyzing profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.
You’ll also build strong relationships across the business, within Group Finance and the wider Country Finance Managers.

Ultimately, your excellent analytical skills, audit expertise, and logical thinking will drive your success in this role!

This is a full-time permanent position, operating in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance based role – Commercial & Tourism experience preferred  
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or a related business/management degree
  • CPA/CA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Experience in a global, group level reporting environment with proven ability in dealing with diverse teams
  • Basic understanding of systems (TM1/ D365)  
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail
