Just like our journeys, our emails are intimate and direct, which is why we need an Email Marketing Specialist to craft personalized campaigns that resonate and inspire, helping us connect with our subscribers.  

 

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will design and launch viral email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with our regional marketing teams in NA, EMEA and ANZ and with our Brand Studio to drive acquisition, engagement and growth. You will ensure the continuous improvement of our email marketing and bring in fresh ideas to stay ahead of marketing trends.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Colombo office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Qualification in IT, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role. 

  • Hands-on experience implementing and executing email marketing programs. 

  • Proficiency with enterprise-level email service platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent. 

  • Proven experience with subscriber management, including segmentation, acquisition, and retention strategies. 

  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve email performance.
