As a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be the primary contact for our Colombo office, delivering proactive support and ensuring exceptional customer service. Working with our Global IT team, you’ll play a key role in providing technical and application support for end-users. You’ll help troubleshoot IT devices while handling software installations, desktop configurations, inventory monitoring and asset and A/V equipment maintenance. Your collaborative nature will facilitate an efficient IT onboarding and offboarding process for our employees. You’ll also liaise with external vendors, ensuring warranty claims, documentation and devices are consistently updated. 
 
This is a full-time permanent position, operating from our Colombo office. 
 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in IT, Computer Science or Computer Systems & Networks 

  • Minimum 1 year industry experience in a similar role 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Client/ Server systems and Help Desk ticketing systems 

  • Knowledge in M365 Administration – Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive 

  • Familiar with deploying and maintaining IT equipment 

  • Knowledge of asset management and desktop troubleshooting
