As an Associate Technical Lead, you’ll teach and guide our teams to provide secure, reliable, high performing solutions. You’ll collaborate with product owners, technical experts and end-users to deliver the best possible solutions. As a key member of the team, you'll engage in transforming ideas, completing new features, changing existing features and handling entirely new systems.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the success of your products while solving significant customer needs. You'll also mentor junior developers, providing detailed code reviews and recommendations.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience with maturity in senior Engineering roles

Experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.JS, JavaScript and TypeScript.

Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.

Proficient in designing and developing Restful APIs

Strong experience with relational and NoSQL database (MSSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Well-versed in Git and version control systems.

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions).

Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
