Associate Systems Support Engineer
As an Associate Systems Support Engineer, you will offer global IT support for Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support. You will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance and application support. Using your technical expertise, you will quickly diagnose and resolve a wide range of technology-related issues. Your excellent English communication skills will drive user onboarding and also manage ticket queues successfully.
This is a full-time position based out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka where you will work on a rotational roster across 24/7 operational hours.
Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:

Minimum of one year industry experience in an IT Help Desk/ Service Desk environment.

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems & Network, Systems Engineering.

Good working knowledge of managing hybrid infrastructure such as Azure AD and Active Directory on-premises services running on Windows 2016/2019

Experience administrating Microsoft 365 cloud services including: Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint

Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP)

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and network troubleshooting

Knowledge of virtual platforms (VMWare/ Hyper-V)

Excellent customer service and business communication skills

Experience in working for a global customer base will be an added advantage.

Current Microsoft certifications (MCP/ MCSA)
