Air Support Consultant
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end service to customers, focusing on airfare services from quoting to ticketing. Alongside this, you'll handle administrative tasks like reporting and BSP reconciliation. As a valuable member of the Sales and Customer Service team, you might also take on additional responsibilities related to enhancing the overall customer experience before and after booking.
The role requires excellent communication skills, global travel expertise, be familiar with airline industry terminology & procedures and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and quality. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours to support global operations and international flight schedules.
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
For this role you’ll bring experience in:

Recognized industry qualifications e.g., IATA fares and ticketing I and II

Strong fares knowledge and ticketing experience

Experience working with various GDS platforms &/or booking systems

Personal and or professional travel experience to our destinations

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, preferably within telephone and/or Web based environments, is highly advantageous.
