The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Tax Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for analysing and interpreting tax laws and regulations, applying them to various aspects of operations. You will collaborate with other finance teams to ensure compliance with all local and national tax laws. Additionally, you will suggest and implement strategies to minimize tax contingencies and maximize profits. You will assist with audits and other financial assessments, as well as research and analyse tax matters related to the company's business activities. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Lima, Peru. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • University bachelor's degree in accounting 

  • Knowledge of Peruvian taxes, preferrable experience in Tourism  taxes, preferrable experience in Touris

  • Advanced knowledge in excel, lookups, pivots, formulas and ERP experience MSD365 

  • Corporate Taxes (VAT, Income tax, PDB, etc.), exportation services in tourism is advantageous 

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results 

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and organization skills 

  • Works well under filing deadlines while meeting all assignments 

  • Fluency in English, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
