People & Office Assistant
The People & Office Assistant oversees administrative processes related to office management, including logistics, procurement, safeguarding, and controlling company resources, as well as maintaining legal, licensing, and documentation requirements. Additionally, this role supports administrative staff management to ensure compliance with local legal and labor regulations.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in administrative work or human resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); intermediate skills are a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and perform under pressure within tight deadlines.
