The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Payroll Analyst will report to the People Partner and be responsible for processing payroll operations, calculating tax deductions and withholdings, and overseeing daily payroll management and personnel administration activities.  

 

This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and timeliness while maintaining proper documentation and communication. Additionally, responsibilities include providing tax and accounting support, managing payments, and generating accounting reports for tax declarations in PLAME SUNAT. 

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Experience in payroll processing, tax deductions, and personnel administration for 100+ employees. 

  • Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll software (PLAME, T-Registro, AFP Net). 

  • Experience in personnel administration activities (Labor Contracts, personal files) and management with insurance brokers (EPS, Vida Ley, SCTR). 

  • Experience in implementing and processing a Payroll Software as well as preparing payroll, tax reports, and ledger entries while ensuring compliance.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and general Microsoft Office skills. 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. 

  • Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
