Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, Shared Services Centre, you will be responsible for managing the Lima Finance Shared Services Centre and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of financial tasks for Intrepid teams across the Americas region. This role will oversee processes such as Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Payroll functions for Intrepid businesses within the region.
A key focus of this role is to establish a structure that ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, a strong control environment, and standardized processes and policies aligned with Group Finance guidance and deadlines. You’ll also be responsible for managing the team, driving efficiency, and leading process improvements by providing best-practice guidance and support, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the Finance department’s operations.
You’ll work closely with team managers, Group Finance, and Country Finance Managers to ensure the team meets expectations around reporting, compliance, controls, payments, collections, and payroll processing across the region.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Finance and 2+ years in a similar role

Highly competent finance systems. Knowledge of D365 and TM1 advantageous

Demonstrated ability in leading diverse teams

English language (both written and verbal)

Strong Excel skills
