As a Finance Accountant, you'll be at the heart of managing finances. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts receivable, managing cash flow and petty cash, handling local taxes and employee benefits, and more. You'll also be tasked with preparing and analyzing financial statements for presentation to the Financial Management team in Peru every month, ensuring compliance with international reporting deadlines. Additionally, you'll conduct internal audits and collaborate with local authorities as needed. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position, operating in Lima, Peru. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 
A passion for travel is a must! In addition to that you’ll bring with you... 

 

  • CA/CPA with 3-5 years post qualification experience. 

  • Strong knowledge of taxes, preferrable experience in Tourism 

  • Advanced knowledge in excel, lookups, pivots, formulas. 

  • ERP experience MSD365   

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. 

  • Works well under filing deadlines while meeting all assignments. 

  • Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management. 

  • Fluency in English, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills 

 

You’ll have excellent organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload.
