The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Cusco People & Office Assistant is responsible for managing administrative processes related to office operations, including logistics, procurement, safeguarding, and oversight of company resources. This role also ensures the maintenance of legal requirements, licenses, and documentation. Additionally, the position supports administrative and human resources tasks related to staff management.  

  

This is a Full-Time Position that will operate on a presential basis out of our office in Cusco, Peru.    

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative work or human resources. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate-level skills are advantageous. 

  • Basic knowledge of tax and labor regulations is an asset. 

  • English language skills (written, listening, and verbal) at an intermediate level or higher.
