The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As the Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to the analysis of accounting accounts, budgets, cost centers, and other financial elements to ensure the accuracy of account balances within the cost of sales and operations categories in financial statements. This includes recording daily transactions and assisting in the preparation of reports to support departmental decision-making. 

 

In this role, you will support the Cost Accountant with essential tasks to help achieve both departmental and company objectives, ensuring compliance with monthly, annual, local, and corporate financial requirements. You will also perform duties relevant to your role as defined by the Finance Management team. 

 

 This is a Full-Time Temporary 6 month Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Graduate or bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or a related field  

  • Tax knowledge: VAT (IGV), SPOT and Income Tax (3rd Category)  

  • Experience in account analysis and reconciliation  

  • Experience in budget analysis by unit and/or cost center  

  • Experience using AI through platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, among others  

  • Knowledge of software and ERP systems  

  • Advanced Excel skills
