The Accounting Trainee is responsible for carrying out tasks related to the analysis of accounting accounts to ensure the accuracy of balances that make up the financial statements. This includes recording daily transactions and assisting in the preparation of reports to support decision-making within the department.

As part of their role, the Accounting Trainee supports the Senior Finance Manager with essential tasks that contribute to the departments and company’s goals. This includes helping to meet monthly, annual, and any locally or globally required deadlines. They will also perform duties specific to their position, in line with processes established by Finance Management.

This is a Full-Time Internship Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Student or recently graduated from Accounting, Finance or Economics.

Knowledge of taxation, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Income tax and other withholdings

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.

Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable
