Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to the analysis of accounting accounts to ensure the accuracy of balances in the accounts that make up the financial statements. This includes the obligation to record daily transactions and assist in the preparation of reports for decision-making in the area.
This role will collaborate with the Finance Accountant to achieve departmental and company objectives, ensuring compliance with monthly, annual, and regulatory deadlines. Additionally, they perform tasks as outlined by Finance Management, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
This is a full-time permanent position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru. To provide the best experience to our customers, this role would operate out of our office with some work-from-home days.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Graduate in Accounting or bachelor’s degree in accounting

Intermediate-level tax knowledge: VAT (IGV) and Income Tax (3rd Category)

Experience in analysis and reconciliation of accounts

Experience or knowledge in the use of Izipay platform and other payment gateway

Preparation and filing of PLE for Sales

Experience in implementing billing and collection processes

Knowledge of software, ERP

Experience in handling electronic billing software

Proficiency in English software, Microsoft Office 365 ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable

Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills

Intermediate-level English is desirable, advanced level is an advantage
