The Senior Finance Assistant, reporting to the Account Receivable Manager, is responsible for overseeing account receivables processes while providing support to the EMEA, North America DMCs, and Sales Offices finance teams in transactional processing.  


Key duties include invoicing both internal and external partners in adherence to agreed terms, ensuring prompt collection of invoice payments, and recording local sales and commissions efficiently. Upholding a high standard of customer service, including inter-company relations, is essential. Additionally, the role involves generating accurate monthly and annual finance reports, such as monthly revenue analysis and customer aging reports, for submission to relevant stakeholders. 


A passion for travel is a must! With it, you’ll bring:  


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting 

  • Practical accounts experience, preferably in a foreign invested business 

  • Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English and French 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other accounting packages 

  • 1 years’ experience in similar function is desirable  

  • A friendly, flexible, adaptable manner who collaborates well and is a team player!
