The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team in Marrakesh and help keep Intrepid’s adventures running smoothly across Morocco. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and booking support to the Reservation Manager and Supervisor, ensuring all reservations are accurate, confirmed, and delivered on time. 

 

You’ll manage trip bookings and cancellations, liaise with our local suppliers and global teams, and support the wider operations team to make sure everything behind the scenes runs as seamlessly as the trips our customers experience. 

 

This is a full time, permanent position based on-site out of our vibrant office in Marrakesh. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Knowledge and passion for travel, with experience in Morocco and/or Europe 

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail 

  • Proven experience working with booking systems, reporting, and data entry 

  • Confident communication skills in both English and French 

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • A flexible, dependable, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
