People / HR Coordinator, Morocco
The People / HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the People Partner with the implementation and management of Global HR policies and processes for Intrepid's Morocco DMC, Shared Services Centre, and affiliated businesses in the region.
While the primary focus of this role is on recruitment and onboarding, the People / HR Coordinator also contributes to key HR functions such as employee record management, providing guidance to line managers, and other essential HR processes.
Additionally, this role is instrumental in strengthening our employment brand both locally and nationally, by identifying strategic opportunities to attract top talent and foster valuable partnerships.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Marrakesh, Morocco.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- HR qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or business degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR is essential.
- Passion for people development and talent growth.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in both English and the local language.
- Well-developed computer literacy within a Microsoft Office environment.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Previous experience with HRIS or other related business software programs is advantageous.
- Experience in process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
