The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Are you passionate about finance and eager to make an impact in the travel industry? Intrepid Travel is offering a unique 6-month internship in our Marrakech, Morocco office, where you'll work on your graduation project while gaining hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting, with a focus on cost control and supplier management. 


This paid, full-time internship is ideal for those specialising in financial operations, particularly in cost and supplier control. You’ll support the team with tasks like processing supplier invoices, tracking cost of sales, managing overheads, and assisting with supplier payments. 


You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely reception of supplier invoices 

  • Managing cost control post-monthly closing and reconciling pricing vs actuals 

  • Supporting the quarterly supplier payment declaration 

  • Contributing to ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager and team leads 


This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable insight into the financial operations of a globally recognised, responsible travel company. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about the industry. 

  • You must be currently studying and seeking a 6-month internship to complete your graduation project. 

  • A strong background in bookkeeping, cost control, or other accounting functions. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products. 

  • Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of Arabic and French a plus. 

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. 

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

  • Prior finance, administrative, or customer service experience (preferred).
