The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As the Reservations Assistant for Intrepid Malaysia, you’ll assist us in delivering seamless logistics for trips across Malaysia. You’ll manage bookings for accommodation, transportation, and activities, confirming details with suppliers and maintaining accurate budgets and records in our systems. Responding to booking requests, you’ll provide updates and confirmations to the sales team while ensuring all practical trip arrangements are completed on time. 

You’ll collaborate with other departments, group leaders, and suppliers to ensure every trip is executed smoothly. Building strong relationships with our partners and maintaining excellent communication will be essential to delivering exceptional travel experiences.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based in our Kota Kinabalu office in Malaysia. 
 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in reservations or a related role within the travel industry. 

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in using computers, including reservation systems and basic tools like Word and email. 

  • A qualification in Travel and Tourism studies would be advantageous.
