At Intrepid, we know great adventures begin with a trusted relationship. As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for our customers/business partners who wish to embark on extraordinary journeys across Indonesia. 

Your role is all about understanding travellers' needs and delivering exceptional service. You'll craft customized itineraries, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and actively strive to grow our customer base. You’ll foster trust with our customers, deliver fast responses, and provide personalized recommendations, all for creating unforgettable experiences. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from the initial quote to the final booking. You’ll be proactive, invested in our customer's journey and committed to delivering excellence!

This full-time permanent position will be based in our office in Bali, Indonesia.   


Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience with a strong track record of achieving high conversion rates. 

  • In-depth destination, regional, and local travel knowledge. 

  • Strong ability to use systems accurately and follow processes to deliver an excellent customer experience. 

  • Goal-driven and motivated by sales targets, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
