Ensure our travellers have the trip of a lifetime as the Operations Assistant in Indonesia! You will be responsible for the administration of the operation of the trips, from the management of running all styles of trips in Indonesia to assisting the Operations Manager with leaders and itinerary management. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will not only collaborate closely with members of your own department, but also with other departments to help Intrepid meet our company goals and our travellers have the best experience ever! 

 

This is a full-time position based at our office in Bali, Indonesia.      

  

Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:  

 

  • Extensive travel experience in Indonesia, and a passion for travel 

  • Travel industry work experience at an operational level 

  • Proven ability to communicate and build rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures 

  • Proven ability to manage crises and take responsibility for the safety of others 

  • Efficient in use of Microsoft Office software and general database and web applications 

  

You’ll be willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at one time. Your communication and organisational skills will be the catalyst to your success in this role.
