As a Contracting & Reservation Manager, you'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge procurement and pricing practices. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of global policies, processes, and training to achieve unparalleled pricing and product excellence. 

 

Guided by the DMC (Destination Management Company) Global team, you'll lead a dynamic Contracting team focused on competitive pricing and cultivating robust supplier relationships. Your strategic approach extends to building a versatile product portfolio, empowering the Sales team and Intrepid Brands to curate tailored itineraries based on customer preferences. At the same time, manage the reservation team to ensure all services are booked accurately and in a timely manner and improve reservation processes. 

 

A bit about you: 

 

  • Passionate about Intrepid's travel style and diverse brands, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings. 

  • Proficient in regional trip operations, specializing in small group adventures, with extensive knowledge of products, suppliers, and destinations. 

  • Skilled in procurement, contracting, negotiation, and product development within the travel industry, coupled with experience in relevant systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office. 

  • Proven track record in managing DMC/tourism supplier relationships, encompassing cost negotiation, procurement processes, trip pricing, and product development. 

  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and team leadership experience, coupled with effective written and spoken English communication abilities. 

 

This role is a full time, permanent position based in our office in Bali, Indonesia. As the Contracting & Reservation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in gathering feedback from local DMC teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to ensure an optimal supply of products.
