Sales Consultant
Join our Sales team of talented country experts, skilled at providing great options to our customers while achieving excellent quote-to-quote conversion rates!
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll consult, sell and ensure accurate bookings of group and tailored FIT trips. You’ll be the first point of contact for our external customers, ensuring all queries are responded to quickly. You’ll constantly follow through with customers, securing sales and ensuring high quality of our booking-to-departure process. You’ll also engage in building itineraries and customized options both proactively and on-request. Ultimately by collaborating with our Contracting and Reservations teams, you’ll contribute to exceptional customer service, trusting relationships and repeat business for our local DMC!
To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate from our office in New Delhi, India (hybrid).
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Prior experience in Sales is essential, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates.

Strong destination/ regional and local travel knowledge

Amazing customer service, time management and organizational skills

Proven ability to use systems accurately

Postgraduate Diploma/ Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an added advantage
