At Intrepid, we know that creating meaningful travel experiences starts with supporting our people. As a People Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our global team, ensuring our employee processes run smoothly and efficiently. 

 

In this role, you’ll manage core administrative functions that span the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to retiring. You’ll triage queries from our People Partners or IT team, ensure everyone understands the system processes, track compliances, generate reports and help with data audits. You’ll also collaborate with the team lead to refine processes and find smarter, more efficient ways to support our people.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our New Delhi office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR administrative role 

  • 2+ years’ experience working with HR systems and managing employee records 

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
