We're in search of a dedicated and experienced Industry Partnership Coordinator to collaborate closely with the General Manager Europe B2B and our partnership team in the UK. This role is pivotal for key account servicing, agent relationships & training, and business development. Primarily focusing on driving growth in DACH markets and other EU countries where Intrepid operates. 


As an Intrepid Industry Partnership Coordinator, your mission is to strengthen key relationships, be a point of contact for support, boost sales and enhance brand awareness through strategic partnerships, aligning seamlessly with our 2030 vision. This role is dynamic, occasionally involving participation in local events, meetings, and training sessions as per the specific needs of key accounts. 


This is a full-time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis (preferably within Germany). 


A love of travel is a must have! With it you’ll bring with you: 

  • Knowledge of the EMEA tourism industry and travel market. Additional knowledge and understanding of Australia as a key destination. 

  • Excellent language skills in both German and English is essential to this role; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting in group settings or training. 

  • Outstanding eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively - An analytical mindset alongside a knack for storytelling and communication. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive YOY revenue growth and performance.  

  • Proven experience within the travel & tourism industry, ideally in a partnerships coordinator role. 

  • Personal/professional travel experience in Intrepid Group’s travel destinations would be desirable, but not essential. 


Your responsibilities include planning and steering opportunities that fuel essential growth initiatives, in a role that will help shape the future of partnerships and contribute to our success story!
