The world needs more Intrepid people:

At Intrepid, we believe travel has the power to change the way people see the world — and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision. As our new Product & Sales Manager for Egypt & Jordan, you’ll shape experiences that inspire travellers while ensuring our business continues to grow and thrive.

This dual-focused leadership role gives you the best of both worlds: the creativity of developing innovative, experience-rich itineraries across Egypt and Jordan, and the challenge of driving sales performance through strong leadership and commercial strategy. You’ll oversee our Product & Sales team (including an Assistant Product Manager, Product Executive, Senior Sales Consultant & Sales Consultant) and collaborate with Operations, Contracting, and Marketing to bring products to life that delight our customers and deliver results for the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid based in either Egypt or Jordan - an exciting opportunity to lead from the heart of two of the world’s most iconic travel destinations.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 5+ years in tourism product development, sales, or operations, ideally with experience in a DMC.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams, including coaching, mentoring, and driving results.

  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, sales strategies, and how to balance commercial objectives with customer satisfaction.

  • Skilled in planning itineraries, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing SERTs.

  • Confident in using Salesforce, Travel Studio, Kaptio, and Microsoft Excel to support product and sales management.

  • Experience in adventure travel and familiarity with small-group operations; understanding of CBT or sustainable tourism projects is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required, participate in cross-departmental collaboration and training, and embody Intrepid’s core values and purpose beyond profit mission.
